Conqor Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Conqor application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to gain an unfair gameplay advantage.
4. Demo and Guest Accounts
The App may create a temporary demo account on first launch. Demo accounts are subject to these Terms. Progress on a demo account may be lost if you do not convert it to a registered account.
5. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
6. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency
The App includes virtual items and in-game currency such as Gold Coins ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
7. Purchases, Billing and Refunds
Paid Virtual Items are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider, whose terms also apply. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices and offers may change at any time.
8. Location Data and GPS
The App is location-based and requires access to your device location to function. By using the App you consent to the collection and processing of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of location permissions you grant.
9. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating
You must not falsify your GPS location, use emulators, bots, automation, modified clients, or any method to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with conquest mechanics. We use automated and manual systems to detect abuse and may restrict or block accounts engaged in suspicious activity.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) break any applicable law; (b) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (c) attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; (e) overload, disrupt, or attack our infrastructure; or (f) use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
11. User Content and Chat
You are solely responsible for content you submit, including chat messages, usernames, and status text. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content and moderate, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display your content for the operation of the App.
12. Intellectual Property
The App and all related software, graphics, trademarks, and content (excluding your user content and third-party content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data, including location data. Please review it carefully.
14. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (including mapping, hosting, analytics, and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
15. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and services they promote.
16. Real-World Safety
The App requires real-world movement. Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery, do not trespass on private or restricted property, and obey all laws and posted signs. You assume all risk arising from your real-world conduct while using the App.
17. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably consider harmful. You may stop using the App at any time. Virtual Items are forfeited upon termination.
19. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, Virtual Items, or progress, arising from your use of the App.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
